A Birmingham property management company was spending an entire day each month compiling landlord reports from five different spreadsheets. We built a bespoke operational dashboard that pulled data from their existing tools and auto-generated reports.
The problem
The team maintained separate spreadsheets for tenancies, maintenance, finances, inspections, and landlord communications. Each month, the operations manager spent an entire day collating, checking, and formatting reports. Errors were common, and the reports were already out of date by the time they reached landlords.
What we built
A centralised operational dashboard with role-based access. The system connected to their existing accounting software and property database via API. Maintenance requests, lease expiries, and financial data flowed in automatically. Landlord reports were generated with one click and emailed directly from the system.
